ShipCheck AITerms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShipCheck AI, provided by Authentic Technologies ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Authorised testing only
You may audit only websites that you own or are expressly authorised to test. Verifying a domain is a technical check; it does not replace this obligation. You are responsible for having that authority, and for any consequence of testing without it.
2. Interactive mode
Interactive mode clicks controls and submits empty forms. Use it only on staging or test systems, never on systems holding live data. You are responsible for marking a site as staging.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to attack, overload or scan any system without authority, to bypass its limits, or to resell it except as your plan allows. We may suspend accounts that do, including those with repeated attempts to reach private or internal addresses.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Customers billed in India pay in INR plus 18% GST through Razorpay. Customers elsewhere pay in USD through Paddle, the merchant of record, on Paddle's terms. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated by the payment gateway. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the billing period. After a failed payment you have 7 days of grace, after which the account moves to the Free plan and your data is kept. See the refund policy.
5. Reports are not guarantees
Automated testing finds only a subset of issues. Reports are not a WCAG certification, a security penetration test, legal advice or a guarantee that a site is free from defects. AI-written content may contain errors, so check anything important before relying on it.
6. Your content
You keep all rights in your sites and specs. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, including through the sub-processors named in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us during that period.
8. Termination
You may delete your workspace at any time. Subscriptions are then cancelled and your data is purged within 30 days, except invoices, which we keep for 8 years as tax law requires.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.
