Is it safe to run on a production site?
Yes. The default crawl only makes GET requests, never submits a form or signs in, and is limited to 3 page requests a second. Our crawler identifies itself in its user agent.
Why do I have to verify my domain?
So that only the people responsible for a site can test it. You can add a meta tag, publish a small file or add a DNS TXT record. Ownership is re-checked regularly.
Can it test pages behind a login?
Not in this version. Features behind a login are marked Unverifiable in spec coverage instead of being guessed at.
What does the spec comparison do?
You upload a spec or paste a feature list. AI compares it with what we saw on your pages and marks each feature Built, Partial, Missing, Broken or Unverifiable. It may not call a feature Built without citing evidence from a page.
Does this replace a penetration test or accessibility audit?
No. Automated testing finds only a subset of issues. Reports are not a WCAG certification, a security penetration test or a guarantee.
How is pricing decided between INR and USD?
By your billing country at checkout. Customers in India pay in INR with 18% GST and receive a GST invoice. Everyone else pays in USD through Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles local taxes.
Where is my data stored?
In India, on Azure Central India. Screenshots are deleted after 30 days and report data after 90 days. See the Privacy Policy for the sub-processors we use.
Can I white-label reports?
Yes, on the Agency plan: your logo, colours and footer on PDFs and share links.
