Free to try

The Free plan lets you try ShipCheck AI with no payment, so you can judge the reports before you subscribe.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed after that.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment on a plan if you have used no more than 2 audits in that period. We also refund charges caused by our error, such as a duplicate charge. Otherwise, fees for a period already begun are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

India

Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Razorpay, and we issue a GST credit note against your invoice.

Outside India

Paddle is the merchant of record, handles the refund, and its buyer terms also apply.
